Meet your head teacher.
Wesley is a self-starting data enthusiast passionate about startups. He has built over 5,000 financial models—making twice as many mistakes along the way—and holds deep industry experience and technical expertise. Wesley believes finance is a toolset, not just a skill set. His formula for startup success: key insight + ability to execute + model-stakeholder fit (MSF). MSF is complex, as benefiting one stakeholder can often disadvantage another. He aims to optimize MSF for pre-seed startups over the next decade.
