The first two weeks of the program are dedicated entirely to class contact time, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the course material and build a strong foundation for the hands-on experiences that follow.
The next four weeks of the program are a dynamic blend of internship and class time, giving you the opportunity to apply what you've learned in real-world settings while continuing to enhance your knowledge through ongoing coursework.

In our Management Consulting program, you'll gain a deep understanding of the consulting industry and develop the essential skills to excel as a consultant. You'll learn to apply a proven problem-solving approach across various industries and business contexts, mastering both hard skills like problem definition, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as soft skills like client counseling and teamwork. By working in collaborative teams and interacting with diverse colleagues, you'll develop the interpersonal and cultural skills necessary to thrive in a global business environment.
Apply the SMART criteria to potential client problems, breaking down complex issues into manageable, actionable pieces for effective solutions.
Get to know the different types of interviews in the consulting industry and learn how to confidently ace each one.
Develop client-ready slides that are visually appealing and deliver them in a compelling, persuasive manner to maximize impact.
Draft a first version of work quickly, then refine it through multiple rounds of feedback to achieve excellence.
Identify actionable insights through the application of key quantitative and qualitative techniques, ensuring data-driven decisions for clients.
Outline the activities, timing, and responsibilities needed for each prioritized deliverable, ensuring consistent updates and efficient progress.
