Please note that you will not have any further claims against iXperience for losses or damages arising from the cancellation, whether direct, indirect, or consequential.
Program Switch.
In the event that you elect to switch courses or a program, iXperience will refund you the monetary difference between the two programs (abroad vs online), less any non-refundable payments made to vendors and deposit paid, within 40 (forty) days.
Airline Tickets and Travel Documentation.
iXperience assumes no responsibility for flight costs, visa application fees, or any other incidental travel costs incurred by you, regardless of whether the program or course is cancelled by you or iXperience, for any reason, at any time. Additionally, your placement in the program is non-transferable without prior written consent from iXperience.
Program Cancellation and Deferrals by the Participant.
If you decide not to attend the program and notify iXperience in writing at least 20 (twenty) working days before the program start date, we will process your refund as follows:
- Refund Eligibility for Valid Reasons: If you provide valid reasons and legitimate documentation for your withdrawal, such as severe illness or death of an immediate family member (limited to parents, siblings, or legal guardians), we will refund the full amount paid, excluding the deposit. Please note that documentation must be specific, and we reserve the right to verify its legitimacy before processing any refund.
- Refund for Invalid Reasons: If your reason for cancellation is not accepted, acting reasonably, we will deduct 30% (thirty percent) of the total program fee and the deposit before processing any refund of the remaining balance.
If you cancel your participation within 20 (twenty) working days of the program start date or after the program has begun, all amounts paid will be forfeited.
