The world of work is changing and new careers emerge every day. Career exploration facilitates the meeting of industry professionals, businesses, and high school students, giving high schoolers a glimpse into the world of work.
Each career exploration course is built around this combination, allowing high school students the chance to find a career that excites them.
My iX LaunchPad experience was absolutely amazing! I learned so many new ideas and concepts in the investment and finance world. I really enjoyed the whole experience. The teacher was fantastic and the energy of the class was great!

Making the most of our network of partner companies and industry professionals, the micro-internship gives students access to real business problems as well as real-world skills to find solutions.
Each micro-internship will be done in groups, where students will learn practical, transferrable skills, such as remote collaboration, effective communication, and online presenting.
Actually, my biggest takeaway was not about the course content but about the internship. Now, I really understand the importance of intergroup communication and planning better than I did before.
